Bell Buoy, located directly on the water, is our only split-level cottage.  Dine in its sunny downstairs kitchen with its beautiful water views.  Relax in the upstairs living room with a futon and water views on two sides.  Wake up to magnificent views of Town Cove in the light-filled master bedroom, located a few steps up from the living room; a comfortable queen-sized bed awaits.  The second, cozy bedroom has two twin beds and is located on the living-room level.  Bell Buoy is our only cottage with a shower on one floor, and half-bath on the upper floor.  All linens are provided.  Your private deck, complete with outdoor furniture and a gas grill, offers an almost unlimited view of the peaceful waters of Town Cove.

The style is Cape Cod "Americana," perfect for the active family of 4-6 people.
