Enjoy our charming, 3-story waterfront home in the true Cape Cod style, with glorious water views of Town Cove and a nature habitat.  With three delightful bedrooms (one is located on the ground floor for those with mobility issues), and two full baths, Anchorage House sleeps 8. Three bedrooms have queen-sized beds, including one with a twin bed as well. An additional sofabed completes the accommodations to make Anchorage House perfect for the extended family.  Your getaway is complete with a light-filled living room, central air conditioning (which you probably won't need because of the ocean breezes!), cable TV with DVD player, washer/dryer, and fully equipped kitchen.

Bathed in light, with windows and skylights everywhere, it's yours to enjoy, in season, Sunday to Sunday, saving you the hassles of Saturday traffic and check-in.  Or come stay at Anchorage House off-season, and enjoy a slower, more relaxed Cape lifestyle.

Breathe the salt air off your private deck with water views. With the sun rising off your deck, wake up to the sound of birdsong from the water's edge bird habitat.  Listen to the phragmites rustling in the sea breezes.  Kick back in your hammock with a book as you look up every now and then to watch the ever-changing waters of Town Cove.  Boil fresh lobster; walk out to get your own fresh clams, and bake them on your own Weber gas grill.  Got a boat?  Use our dock and mooring.  Or take one of our complimentary skiffs, canoes or kayaks out for a spin.  Easy access to Town Cove is at your door.

Anchorage House is centrally located. . . and there's so much to do.  Meander along the nearby bike trails.  Drive the scenic byways filled with saltbox houses with colorful gardens of Rosa rugosa and the bluest of hydrangeas, helped by the Cape's special soil.  Shop to your heart's content.  By day visit the numerous nearby bay and ocean beaches; by night check out the nearby drive-in movie theatre for what is now an old-fashioned experience, a double feature.

RATES:  In season (June 14 to September 13) $2750/week, Sunday to Sunday. Out of season, $2100/week, Sunday to Sunday; or $350/night out of season with a three-night minimum stay.  Rates are for 8 people.

ARRIVAL TIME:  From 3 to 5:00 only, unless previously arranged.

CHECK-OUT TIME:  Before 10 a.m.

LINENS:  While we do not supply linens, please contact Carla at Cape Cod Linens (800-559-5105; 508-896-0100; info@cclinenrental.com) to arrange for linens to be waiting for you.  The more notice, the better, particularly in high season.

PAYMENT POLICY:  We require half of the total amount as a deposit by check within 7 days of making the reservation.   All deposits are non-refundable.  The balance of the rental is due upon arrival, certified check or travelers checks only.
