Because we are a small, four-cottage, family-run business, we do not accept credit cards.  We do not qualify for the volume discount rates that make credit cards a sensible form of payment for larger businesses.  Rather than raise our rates to absorb the fees generated by use of credit cards, we are able to accept only checks, travelers' checks, and money orders.

Occupancy:  For the four cottages, all pricing listed below reflects a four-person stay; any additional guests in the cottages will be subject to a $50.00/night/person surcharge.  For the three apartments, Mate's Quarters prices are for 5 people, Captain's Quarters for 3 people, and Top Deck's for 2 people.

Minimum stay: Nightly rates off-season depend on the accommodation; cottages have a three-night minimum stay, and apartments a two-night minimum stay.  A $50/night surcharge applies to all short stays.

Linens: For guests who would like bed and bath linens, a nominal charge of $30 will apply per accommodation.

Pets: For guests who wish to bring their family pet, a $100 pet cleaning fee will apply.
