Top Sail is our most secluded waterfront cottage, and the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or private retreat. Decorated in gingham, plaids, and checks, the master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and sparkling water views on two sides. It is separated from the second bedroom (with its two twin beds and unique brickwork) by the greatroom and the bathroom with its whimsical tropical motif. The greatroom combines a sunny dining area, with its views of the water, with a bright living room and fully equipped kitchen. In the middle of the greatroom, sits a fireplace, providing a cozy ambiance.

The style is Cape Cod "country provincial", perfect for honeymooners . . . . or honeymooners at heart. Relax on your private deck over the water and enjoy the peace and quiet of your special cottage.
